Creation and finalization of programming projects in Imagine Logo

This thesis analyzes the creation and the finalization of projects of Imagine Logo. Beginner programmer, after mastering the basic techniques and understanding the principles of programming, often starts his own larger projects. To succeed in such project, he has to master a lot of knowledge and principles. The thesis should help the beginner programmers, to properly create and implement their solutions in Imagine and properly finalize it after that. It will show, how to use the keyboard to control their application, to use multimedia files, store graphical variables etc. This thesis should serve as a user guide for beginner programmers, who would like to use the Imagine environment to create a project of high quality. The examples will be used to demonstrate principles that should represent an inspiration for the readers by creating their own projects.
Instruction of basic of Object oriented programming in Imagine

This thesis focus on object oriented programming in Imagine Logo. There is a lot of object oriented programming languages (Java, C++, C#, Python?) and they are often used for developing of programs. Experts of OOP bring up several approaches how to teach OOP. One of them is ?object first?. Approach says that students should start working with objects from the first lesson. Imagine Logo is good platform for this approach. Imagine Logo set up a little different view on OOP from common OOP languages (Java, C#?). For that kind of teaching is necessarily to have some teaching materials which allow this approach. This thesis should provide the way how teach OOP in Imagine Logo. It provides some tasks and pupils sheets that leads student through the settings of implicit information of objects, cloning, building classes, using of object procedures and variables and inheritance. I will show the principles of object programming on some examples built up in Imagine Logo.
The Analysis of the pupils' work with the program "Obkreslovačka"

The main goal of this work is to chart interaction of children with the {\clqq}Obkreslovačka`` game. I primarily focus on various strategies for solving exercises where pupils are supposed to encircle certain shapes. I propose and describe three different strategies and evaluate their existence. Part of this work is a statistic compilation of pupil´s success rates while solving exercises from individual sets as well as the statistics of success of each set. I examine the way how children work with this program {--} what problems do they have, what is easy for them and which exercises cause them the biggest problems. I focus on the differences between boys and girls while using concrete strategies and the differences while solving exercises. I am evaluating the suitability of the ``Obkreslovačka{\crqq} game for pupils and recommending this game to a specific age group. Part of my work is based on theoretical knowledge and supplemental data, part is based on my own practical experiences. practicalexperiences.
Imagine supported multimedial education

The goal of this bachelor work is to create a methodical manual for development environment Imagine. This manual deals with the use of its multimedia objects and tries to explain basic conceptions and technical informations, that relate to multimedia. For this porpuse is for better understanding and illustation made a set of projects implemented in Imagine.
Geometry on primary school supported with Imagine

The theme of this graduation theses is geometry on the primary school, suported by programming language Imagine. This work is divided into two parts. The first one, theoretic part, wants to show a connection between mathematics and programming language Imagine Logo. Mathematics is closely associated with programming. I would like to show, that we can obtain a lot of knowledges from a different subject by practising specific acitivities. There are also mentioned the advantages, which brings the programming in Imagine Logo. This program provides a various sight into a well-known difficulties of geometry. The computer magnetism for a target group makes easier this work. However, it isn´t only this aspect making the computer usage in education as an advantageous. Expanding and indispensableness of computers is still increases in many fields, whereby this education becomes essential. The second part, a practical part includes an elaborate manual. Right this guide book is a principal aim of my work. By the way, I also make a reference to my own experiences, which I get by education according to this manual. So, this one is connected with my methodical advices and procedures.
The graphical side of the programme projects with LogoMotion

The diploma thesis is treated as an user manual for a special graphical editor LogoMotion, which is part of Imagine programming environment used to teach computer science at primary school and which allows you to create or edit images and animations for the shape of the programming robot, so called turtle. Part of the manual is also working with the shape of this turtle, which consists of commands of Logo language. It also includes a description of several ways in which the images in the shape of turtle can be changed - for example, the shape acquisition of other turtles. The manual is intended for teachers who want to work with pupils using graphics to diversify the teaching of programming. It contains a lot of demonstrating and interesting tasks that help pupils to fully penetrate into the different areas of this topic.
